Shelf Cricket Club resides behind the Shoulder Of Mutton pub on Carr House Lane Off Halifax Road 


The Square

14 wickets on the Square Maintained yearly by Richard Robinson and his team. Motorised sit down roller and pedestrian roller. Two covers which cover both pitch and run-ups End well maintained and repaired after use.


Playing Area

The playing area is flat Slight slope 40 metres to every boundary. The boundary is defined by rope and flags. Outfield cut weekly by contractor


The Ground Surrounds

Bottom end of ground fenced off for 75 metres. All surrounding buildings painted annually in April. Surrounding area maintained fortnightly.
